Meatless
We try to eat healthy meals (lower fat, higher fiber, smaller portions) but we don't always succeed. So to mix things up we’ll have a meatless meal once a week.Tonight dinner consisted of:
- a salad with a fresh vinaigrette
- Spicy black bean burgers
- Grilled peaches with a balsamic sauce
Tasty and lower fat, higher fiber, smaller portions.
Sadly, we can't eat like Kings & Queens every night. Our health and wallets won't allow it!
