Fair market value
We've been using that phrase a lot lately whenever HRH starts getting on our nerves.I heard it on a news cast as they were discussing pet owners suing the pet food companies and the retailers. The reporter interviewed a lawyer who wanted to set the record straight about how much you could possibly get from the lawsuit.
The phrase "Fair market value" at time of death plus medical expenses was used to describe the amount. So now whenever HRH is making 1 or both of us crazy we envoke the "Fair market value" phrase.
Of course HRH looks at us and does his blink, blink, head tilt, blink, blink....
